→→サイドバーに、CTAを配置しています。

CTAウィジェットの内容が未設定のため、背景色（黒い帯）だけ表示され。

●対策

ウィジェットエリアの、プロフィール上に配置した、CTAを削除してください。

見よう見まねで作成している途中に（いつどこでは不明）

「Cocoon」がではなく、そもそもWordPressが使えていません。
勉強してください。

サイドバーの一番上の黒い帯が出現していることに気が付き

サイドバーに関係する色々な設定画面を見るもよくわからなかったです。
