とはいえ、段落の栄養素は.entry-contentになるので使えず、そうするとしたら、JavaScriptとかで縦書きのものにラッパー要素をつけるとできますが、縦書きにそこまでする必要はないと思いました。

インラインスタイルでwriting-mode:vertical-rlが付与される。
例えば中央寄せのとき、WordPressのCSSで以下のクラスが付加されるが、これでは中央寄せにならない。
.has-text-align-center {
text-align: center;
}
 
また、右寄せのとき、以下のCSSが反映され上下逆となる。
 
p.has-text-align-right {
rotate: 180deg;
}
結果、WordPress標準では対応しかねる部分がある。

こちらはFirefoxとChromeで左右のマージンの動作がかなり違うので、採用しないことにしました。

sticky、min-heightの動作を確認しました。

stickyは「ヘッダーを固定する」を考慮されいることも確認しました。
Gutenbergエディターを使えていないユーザーが多い中、stickyのニーズは殆どないと思いますが。

「縦書き表示」ですが、配置について注意が必要かと思います。

WordPress 6.0～6.9の機能のリリースノートで、何か面白いフックがないか確認し。
その過程で、theme.jsonの設定だけなので、どうかと思い書かせていただきました。

とりあえずGitHubのものをstickyとmin-heightに対応させてみました。
固定ヘッダーとヘッダーモバイルメニューにstickyがかぶらないようにしてみましたが、もしかしたら他にも重なるものが、あるのかもしれません。
