エックスサーバー社の方に修正いただきました。自分だったらこんなうまいこと修正できなかったです。

「google-fonts-sawarabimincho-css」が追加されていない。

加えてよろしければ現在のブロックエディターのスクリーンショットもういただければ幸いです。
Cocoonのデフォルトフォントは明朝体ではなく僕の環境も明朝体ではないのでそこが気になります。
